When I try to fill the tank the gas keeps turning off. I can get it in if I do it real slow but still keeps turning off.

Also I need to know how to change the valve cover gasket?

For fuel to enter the fuel tank, air must escape from the tank. There is a vent hose that runs along the filler tube under the car. Make sure it isn't plugged, damaged...

As far as the valve cover, it is just bolted into place. When replacing the gasket, make sure the surfaces are clean and dry and do not over tighten.
