2001 Hyundai Elantra whats wrong with my car?

When my car heats up my brakes get really hard to press and I can't go over 20 mph. Can you tell me whats wrong with my car? Also my radio stopped working and interior lights, is this all connected?

hi yes you have a caliper prob causeing the brakes to drag.the electrical probs are unrelated . bad brake hoses or calipers
