Traveling at 55 to 60 mph, I hear a very rough sound coming from the front drivers side when I start to turn the wheel about 15 degrees to the right. I've had the struts replaced and new brakes and new tires and still the sound has not gone away. What else could this possibly be?

Could be a wheel bearng, have it check before you get to 100,000, it's a warranty part for the fronts...
