2001 Hyundai Elantra radiator cap blew off and over heated

car over heated and cap blew off a new cap was put on and it over heated and blew off again what could be problem

I need you to check something. With the engine cold, remove the rad cap and start the engine. Does the coolant blow out? Also, check for damage to the radiator where the cap attaches.

Let me know what you find.
