2001 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Automatic 124000 miles

I recently have noticed that my car is jerking (not moving) when I am stopped at a stoplight for more than a minute. I have heard that it could be the speed sensors, but I just got those replaced back in June. What could it be?

hi, I would check the idle air control valve, to see if it is faulty, clean the throttlebody too. have you changed the plugs and wires lately? and a far away chance could be the torque converter solenoid
