Electrical problem
2001 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I accidentally had the cables reversed when i jumpstarted my 2001 elantra. I was using a spare battery rather than another car. Afterwards, after having charging and electrical problems, i found the 100amp fuse was blown and the car runs and the battery charges. The only problem i still have is that the radio, dashboard clock, dome light, reading lights, won't work at all and also anything in the accessory or off position, like the power locks won't work without the key turned to the on position. I ohm'd out all the fused under the hood and also on the driver side of the car. Is there a fuseable link or something i'm missing? What provides power to these things? Where can i find it?
