When driving I hear a load noise coming from rear wheels . I have bought new tires and put new drums and brake pads, but the noise is still there.The faster I drive the louder it gets.

Hi there,

If this is a rumbling noise i would be checking the wheel bearings, these will be constant with road speed when faulty.
