Hi all,

A week ago I have changed the tires, one cv axel (another one changed 5 months ago) and brake pads on my 2000 automatic Hyunday Elantra. Now the car vibrates at over 65 m/h. Almost forgot to mention.I had the tires balanced as well.

Any thoughts?

Thank you

Hi:
Does this happen all of the time? Do you feel the vibration more in the steering or the seat?

Have you checked for a bent wheel or belt shift in one of the tires?

No I did not check if the wheels are bent. Is it possible that the cv axel was not properly installed? Recall that I don't have any problem until 65 m/h.

I guess a tire rotation might prove the bent wheel ideea, so I'll give it a try.

Thank you.
