1999 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

First off, this doesnt look to hard. My main question is do I really need a spring compressor? Also, is there an order i need to remove the bolts in?

Hi:
Yes you need a spring compressor. The coils are under a great deal of tension and could seriously hurt someone if it flies off.
