The car sat for about 3 months prior to this. The battery was bad so I changed battery on it. Now the car won't start. The dome light comes on so i know it's getting power. It doesn't even crank over. Terminals have been cleaned. It was damaged in the rear corner panel on the drivers side prior to all this. And the tail light on that side won't work even if i change the bulb so I think it's an electrical person. I'm wondering if maybe there is an electrical problem in the wire or ground wire that runs from the tail light or rear of the car to the battery? Please help!!!

Have you checked to make sure the ground to the engine block? Also, do any other electrical components work?
