1995 Hyundai Elantra No compression on one cylinder (valve)

The car has 0 compression on the cylinder on the passangers side of the car. The other three read good. I was told to take off the top to see if there was a valve bent. Can you tell me how to tell if one is bent? What else could cause the bad commpression? Thank You

Get a cylinder leakdown test this will tell you if its rings/valves and cylinder
