Hi:
According to the manual, any of the following can be used:

API-GL4
SAE 75W
SAE 85W
API-GL5
SAE 75W-90

I would select one based on the temperature of the area you live in. If cold, go with the lighter weight (GL-4 or SAE 75W) If a hot climate, go with the heaver weight (API GL5 or SAE 75WW).

Also, it should hold aprox 1.9 quarts.
