is coolant pressure high or oil pressure?

I'm not sure I understand the question. The oil pressure can be somewhat high, but will not have an affect on the driver. THe coolant will pressurize in the radiator and can burn you if you open the radiator when it's hot.

The oil pressure of an average car runs around 40PSI. Most cooling systems have a 15lbs cap that releases pressure when that point is reached.
