2006 Hyundai Accent rear break lights

Rear break lights are coming off and on after car is turned off. It will go off as soon as the car is turned off, but will come back on and stay on unless the car is turned on and off and then the lights will turn off for a few minutes. What's the problem?

Check your brake light switch. This is a know problem with hyundai's.
