2005 Hyundai Accent brake lights

2005 Hyundai Accent 30,000 miles

My brake lights remain on after car is turned off. Battery dead.

THe brake light switch is at the top of the brake pedal under the dash. Chances are it is loose or no good. Check that and let me know what you find.

PS: Just a note, it could be out of adjustment too.
