Everytime i try to put gas in my car the gas pump stops every ten seconds. it takes me 15 to 20 minutes to fill up my gas tank. what is the problem? Thank you.

Your EVAP emission system not working properly. Have your mechanic take a look at your charcoal canister and/or the EVAP solenoid valve.
