2003 Hyundai Accent Brake lights

Brake lights will not go off, where is the brake switch and how do I fix it?

The brake switch is located on the bracket for the brake pedal. Once the pedal is depressed it hits the switch to turn the brake light on.

Simply unplug the switch and see if the brake lights go out.
