2003 Hyundai Accent

I have 2003 hyundai accent. The problems are :
1. The blower motor stop working and I tried to find the fuse for that I did not, maybe there is another problem, is not the fuse.
2. The power windows don't work, again I did not find the fuse for that.
Anyway I checked every single fuse and they ware ok

Blower motor: Fusible link Blower 30A, blower relay, both in engine compartment, in front of left strut tower.

Power windows: Fuse #10, 10A under dash, left kick panel. Fusible link P/WDW 30A engine compartment, in front of left strut tower. Power window relay, paassenger relay box, behind left side of dash.

Leader2411 I know it was a while ago but do you remember if anything else wasn't working on your accent? Or was it just the windows and blower? Did the car still start and run?
