2002 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my 2002 hyundai accent automatice is shifting hard and will not reverse, what module or sensor would cause this problem?

most probably a bad solonoid inside the transmission .. you need to have the transmission looked at !!
