2002 Hyundai Accent 6 cyl Automatic 75000 miles

I hear a groaning noise when I turn my steering wheel to the left going at a slow rate of speed and sometimes when I turn into a parking space.What could this be?

Only does it to the left? could be suspension or rack and pinion having a problem.Have the front end inspected to rule out any suspension issues
