Transmission problem
2002 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2002 Hyundai Accent with Automatic transmission. The transmission was recently replaced with a wrecked Accent with less than 60k mi. Fluid was clean. Long story short. Now I'm getting codes P1529, P0734, and P0733. Transmission shifts fine except when cruising at around 30mph, it shifts between 2nd and 3rd gear back and forth. I Checked the fluid in neutral and it seemed to have too much fluid. Only 1 of the 2 dimples (little holes) on the dipstick "hot" range has oil and the other one is clear. However you can tell easily there's fluids above both holes by more than 1/2". The fluid is still red. But what is the best procedure for checking the fluid level? Is there a secondary fluid level check? If the fluid level is ok. What else can be wrong?

Hi kinmaryland, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Best way to check the transmission fluid is get it hot drive around the block for 20mins and idle it while checking the level it should be on the full mark- If okay there's an internal problem with the transmission-to find out it get pressure tested-possibilities could be a shifting solenoids/valve body clutch/band, servo and governor problems.
