2000 Hyundai Accent My clutch to my my A/C is not coming on

I can't figure out why my fan clutch only works sometimes? when it does work the A/C works grea, very cold. otherwise it blows out hot air. I have checked the fuses and they seem to be o.k. what else would cause the clutch to not turn on everytime?

It could be a faulty relay, loose wire connections or the clutch has too much clearance.
