2000 Hyundai Accent Iginition Timing

2000 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I just replaced the head on our accent. I made sure to put the timimg marks all on top dead center but I can not get it to run. It sounds like it's way out of time.

The ignition timing is not adjustable, if the valve timing is correct check that you have the ignition leads in the correct order.
