This is what I managed to get from our database.
DTC P1401 , P1402, P1403: DIAGNOSTIC MODULE -TANK LEAKAGE (DM -TL) MALFUNCTION
Failure Conditions
1 . ECM will set DTC P1401 and illuminate MIL if a DM- TL system malfunction is detected.
2 . ECM will set DTC P1402 and illuminate MIL if a DM- TL over-pressure motor malfunction is detected.
3 . ECM will set DTC P1403 and illuminate MIL if a DM- TL change- over valve malfunction is detected.
Test Procedures
Testing for P1401 , P1402 or P1403 not available from manufacturer.
P1623 = Diagnostic Lamp Power Stage Malfunction. ( This code is supposedly only for Sonata 2.5 L only)
