1999 Hyundai Accent radiator fan is not working

1999 Hyundai Accent Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Manual 115000 miles

I feared that the radiator fan is not working I checked the fuse it seems ok can you plz let me know Where is the thermostat located

Test the connector at the fan with a voltmeter, when engine gets to 195-200 range the fan should kick on, see if the voltmeter shows voltage at that point, then run two wires from the battery to the fan, hook them up to it and see if the fan runs. If it does not, replace the fan motor...if it does check the relay in the panel under the hood, behind the battery. Also check the engine coolant temp sensor, it may be innacurate.
