I AM TRYING TO CHANGE THE DAMM TIRE AND THE DAMM THING WONT COME OFF... YES I HAVE CHANGES MANY TIRES, SO DONT THINK THE GIRL IS DUMB HAHAHA......

If all lug nuts are off, kick the top hard, or use a ball pen hammer and hit the top of the rim edg, not the tire or it will bouce back at you! Rust is holding it..
