1999 Hyundai Accent Blower motor relay

The fan switch does work on level 1 but not on any of the others. I have checked into the car better and have found that when I move the switch to raise the fan off of level 1 I can hear a clicking under the dash. Just to the left of the steering wheel on what looks like a relay, I touched it and I can feel it clicking. Could this be the problem?

Hello,

The symptom you describe sounds like the Blower Motor Resister. Which is located behind right side of dash in the Blower Motor Housing.
