1995 Hyundai Accent fuel pump

My car has reciently stop running and I have got a new battery had the alternator checked it is fine. The car will turn over but won't fire up. Could it be fuses.

I need you to check for spark and fuel to the engine. One will most likely be missing. Here are the how to's:

Let me know what you find. Also, let me know if the check engine light is on.
