hydro boost accumulator, how to get the Accumulator cylinder back on?

How do I get the Accumulator cylinder back on?

You need a way to compress the spring in it. I use a C clamp with piece of tubing and arm I made using the OE tool as a guide. Then you compress it to the point where you can insert the retainer ring into position.
