I am sending you another image you can easily Google translate it from Japanese to English. What I have learned is that the hybrid battery was completely discharged and the engine was charging it to a maintaining level, meanwhile when this was happening in started car the AC compressor was turned off automatically and one the bar completed as in the diagram the compressor started working again.

Did the car sit for a period of time? This will cause the hybrid battery to be low and the warning is telling you the car needs to be driven to charge the battery back up. We can run the codes to see if the problem is more serious. The AC will be cut off when the battery is low which is normal.
