I've even disconnected the compressor to test it and it's still blowing a fuse. Now when I put in a new fuse the runs and blows like nothings wrong then suddenly blows fuse and A/C has no power. I've searched the grounds can't seem to find the problem.

Hi,

Do you have manual HVAC?

Assuming you do, here is the wiring diagram on HVAC 1 fuse. Based on this, I am having difficulty connecting the AC Compressor to it. Is this the fuse that is blowing or is it a different one? If it is, then we can dig further into this but basically you need to disconnect each of these actuators one at a time to see if the fuse stops blowing. Or put a smaller fuse in line for each of these legs to see which smaller fuse blows to determine which one is drawing to much current. At that point, it is either the actuator or the wiring is shorted.

Let me know and we can go from there. Thanks
