Hey, I'm curious to what is going on with my HVAC unit. I can't turn the heat or A/C on and i can't switch where it will blow. all the stages of the blower are working so it's not the blower motor. But i tried to take it to the mechanic shop one day and started working out of nowhere, i tried it this morning and it isn't working again. Any ideas?

This happens when the mode actuator goes out, here is the location so you can see what needs to be done. Once the actuator has been removed you can work the pitcot by hand with the system on to see if the air returns to confirm the failure. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
