I have the dual temperature controls on the truck listed above. Turn A/C on and compressor runs but no cold air. It will change from floor to dash and all, just no cold air. If I turn temperatures up, it doesn't seem to get real warm air until about 90 degrees.

So to be clear the A/C is not working, correct? Chances are it just needs an A/C system recharge. When you turn the A/C on does the compressor (down low) engage? Lift the hood and start the engine, with a flashlight on the A/C clutch turn the A/C on to see if it engages. If not, we need to check the "start of charge" inside the A/C system, this video will help:

Let us know how it goes.

The compressor does run, doesn't cycle on and off as if it was low on charge. It has been suggested that the temperature blend door is bad, but I think this truck has four blend doors. Which one is for temperature? I'm retired living on a very fixed income and going to the dealer to scan and fix is the last course of action.

Okay, it sounds like you have a good A/C system, but the temperature blend door is not working, which is common, the blend door actuator for the temperature is on top of the HAVC plenum, here is the location and how to calibrate it after installation. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
