Installed new AC compressor. Blows cold air. Only blows out of the lower feet area. Won't come out any vents including the defrost. Just the bottom.

It sounds like the ventilation flap servo motor has gone out, I would also check all fuses to make sure they are all good, and if so, this is how to change the part out to help fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Do you mean the HVAC Air door actuator? I have a new one but can't seem to find where it goes. Can you be more specific where it goes?
Also, I recently took the dash out and replaced the blower fan. ( Big job) the blower blows strongly, just not in the vents. I also checked all fuses. Could it be a relay?

I don't think it is a relay, when you had the dash apart for the blower motor is there a chance you unplugged it? Since it says "Remove trim for pedal assembly" it should be on the driver's side. I would remove the panel and use a flashlight to see if it is plugged in. Did it work okay before the repairs?

Ken,

I'm sorry, i'm not a mechanic. I paid someone to put the blower in, so I don't know.
Don't have the money to call them back.
What panel should I remove to look and where?
Drivers side near the brake pedal?

Yes, use a flashlight to look and see if the servo motor is plugged in, I assume it worked before the work was done.
