HVAC no power

2005 GMC TRUCK
100,000 MILES • 6.0L • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Have no blower motor on any speeds, all 3 fuses are good, no power at heater/AC fuse, but fuse is good.

A few questions here:

Which model of truck do you have? (Sierra 1500, etc)
Do you have climate control or manual controls for the heat and A/C?
