I did this repair years ago on a Crown Vic or something similar maybe just can't remember what it was. No air from middle vents, or rear air. Only defrost and bottom/leg air. No matter what I chose only the defrost and bottom. I ran the test, and it gave me
12.42
12.63.
12.64
Not sure what these mean.

Yep, this happens when the mode actuator goes out. Here is the location and how to change it out to fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

This picture looks backwards for some reason. So, the temperature blend ones are on sides, which I can access by hand, I tried turning them and it didn't make a difference now I know they are temp blend ones. Another for recirculation is by blower. The last 2 are hidden. So am guessing the one u marked is one of them and the other is for the foot. Are these numbers corresponding to part number? Based on the codes I got, 2 of them which do you think are bad?

I ordered the replacements for the ones behind the dash. On the other hand, when I try to put back the ones on the side for temp blend doors neither one ligns up. I removed them to check them, which are accessible from under the dash, it only goes in one way and even if I move the doors up the holes still wont lign up. Is there a trick to this?

Not really, can you move the door pivot on the HVAC system so the actuator can be installed?

Yes, but no matter what neither one aligns. Nothing blocking the doors and I can freely move then.

You can check for power and ground to the controller, here is a guide and wiring diagram for the system. Also, you may have the incorrect replacement part for the mode actuator. I don't have a way to test the actuator.

Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
