Hi:
There are two on this vehicle. One is specific only for air flow inlet. The other is for everything other setting.
As far as the main one is concerned, you need to remove the steering column and the instrument cluster to access it. There is no easy way.
If you look below, I attached the directions from my manual that I feel are somewhat vague. Take a look and let me know if it helps and if I have the correct actuator.
