HVAC dampers do not move

HVAC dampers stay in one position no matter what is selected. They just blow air out the middle vents - none out the floor and none out the defrost.

This is most likely the mode door or also called Air vent mode servo motor. This basically changes the position of the door when you select a different position on the control panel.
