HVAC control flashing

I’ve performed the work you have described above on my truck. When I test the new actuator by cycling the the hot/cold button , the module will start flashing all the arrows on the hot/cold area. Also, the speed of the blower indicators will be flashing. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Couple things. Can you get a video of this issue to start? Next what was the issue prior to replacing this? In other words what was the reason you replaced the HVAC?

Also, we need to check for codes. I doubt you have any but we should check.

Lastly you can try and disconnect the battery to wipe the memory to see if this will allow it to reset. Let us know and we can go from there. Thanks
