HVAC blows on feet only?

2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO

I replaced the actuator for the blend door actuator because the driver side blew hot. Now I have cold air coming out only on driver and passenger feet and nowhere else even when selected on control panel. This is an LTZ with dual zone.

Which one do I need to replace now.

Yep, this happens when the mode actuator goes out, bad timing there, it happens. It is on the drivers side above the accelerator pedal. Here is a guide to help reset the system after the repair:

I had originally replaced the actuator on the driver side just above the steering column and so I replaced it based on your recommendation and that was the problem. Kind of weird that it failed so soon.
