HVAC Blower not working Intermittently?

Blowers are not working all of the time. Randomly during initial startup, the blowers won't work at all. Not on A/C nor heat. They never stop after they are working, it's only after start up. Does the blower motor need to be replaced?

Hi,

This could be a couple of things. Do me a favor. In the fuse/relay box under the hood is the blower motor relay. Switch that relay with a different one in the box having the same part number. See if that makes a difference. I attached two pics below. One is the wiring schematic showing the relay and the other is the relay location.

Let me know what you find.
