Sometimes when running my A/C, out of nowhere hot air comes out of my drivers side vents, and I hear this popping noise from under the right side/passenger side of my dash. Could this be a bad blend actuator? If so, which one and how many are there?
Do you have a video showing how to replace the one where you have to remove the dash, and which side does that control?
Thanks,
Bryan

Good morning,

The actuator is on the passenger side of the dash under the right side insulator or cover. I attached the procedure below for you. A shop get 3/4 of an hour to replace it so I would allow about 1 to 1 1/2 hours for the repair.
