What needs to be disassembled to replace the HVAC blend door?

There are three blend door actuators, mode, inlet and temperature, can I ask which one you mean to replace? Here are all of the locations for each actuator included the mode cam that works with the actuator. These are the instructions for each. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

The blend door located by the heater core to blow the air.

The mode blend door actuator is responsible for the air direction through the vents. Is this the problem you are having?
