My passanger side vents only blow hot, the power of air that comes out adjusts perfectly, just the temp is always hot.

Hi:
Chances are, you have a faulty blend air door actuator. If this vehicle has dual climate control, it sounds like the driver's is working and the other, passenger side, isn't.
Here is a link that explains how, in general, one is replaced. Take a look through it to gain a basic understanding of the replacement.

If you look below, I attached the directions from the manual for replacement. Note there are several variables as far as design. I have provided the directions for the passenger side blend door with manual climate control. If you have something different, let us know.
