I have a popping or clicking sound when changing from vent to floor. I understand it is an actuator issue, but I'm not sure which one and how to get to it. Any thoughts?

Yep, this will be the "mode" actuator which is by the gas pedal, look up and to the right and you should be able to see it, getting to the small screws that hold it on can be tricky. Here is the location of the actuator. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
