Both passenger and driver sides blow warm?

Both passenger and driver sides blow warm when rear unit blows cold.
Both fronts when on 60 degrees setting the temperature outputs are 94 degrees and both are 140 degrees when adjusted to 90 degrees on controller.

Hmm, it can be the mode actuator but I have seen the temperature actuators go out as well, not at the same times mind you but some people do not notice the passengers side if no one sits there, do you think there can be a chance that has happened? Here is a guide to help us.

You may have a clogged orifice tube for the front AC, please go over this guide to show you how to check if the front evaporator is cold or not.
