humming sound

My 06 stratus has been making humming noise certain speed, checked open my hood up and turn car on and humming sound seems to be coming from where the belt is.

Could be a bearing in a pulley going bad. Thats saying it is a belt driven component.

I have no idea. It depends what is really making the sound. Either way, if you do not plan to do it yourself then you will have to pay a shop to diagnose and repair the vehicle.
