Humming/roaring noise when accelerating

Daughter had motor mount replaced now when and only when she uses accelerator car makes a humming/roaring sound.

It sounds like they got the wrong mount or have installed it wrong. I can be sure if you make a quick video and upload it here to the site. It sounds like the engine it touching the subframe.
