2007 Hummer H3 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 38254 miles

My seat belt alarm use to be loud but now it sounds like big ben going off- how can I adjust the noise level. I tried through my vol control on my radio but that just controls the level on the radio. It has the factory bose sytem in it.

There is no adjustment that the owner can do manually. Has there been any repairs that would have involved programming? Sometimes a vehicle that is programmed with or without amplifier can make a difference in the chime volume.
