2006 Hummer H3 Fan motor

My blower fan stopped working the other day. I checked the fuses..good...I checked the relay...good....I checked the relay under the dash...good..I pulled the blower motor and had it checked....its good too! What can be wrong? The AC comes on just zero fan inside the cabin of the vehicle.

You need to first test for power and ground at the motor when turned on so we know which path to take in the circuit
